After many years of planning and executing corporate events, I have a favourite moment – the end. The moment when I see the smiles, hear the “thank you”, and receive the messages after that. Sometimes the circumstances are not in your hands and the result is simply “good”. Sometimes it’s “excellent”. A perfect event does not exist, but perfect dedication does.

And this dedication makes all the difference.

Organizing an event is a long process – from choosing the right partners and explaining why they are the right choice, to developing the initial idea and delivering the final result. It goes through discussions, decisions, compromises, but also a huge amount of energy and the desire to outperform yesterday.
This is not only hard work or motivation. It is passion. The force that makes you give more than “perfect”, because you already know you can reach it. Perfectionism, experience and intuition – this is the foundation of every strong event.

The truth is that many people enter this profession by chance. But almost no one stays by chance.
The ones who stay have charisma, presence and a natural feeling for people. These are the professionals clients remember. Those who know what can be achieved, where the limits are – and how to cross them elegantly.


From the outside, the work of an event organizer seems easy. In reality, it is a profession where you leave your heart and soul. If you don’t, then this field is simply not for you – and people can feel it. Such people do not stay long, because the world of events does not tolerate “halfway” efforts.

How to find the right partner for your events?

In the internet era, it is easy to search for “the best event organizers”. But the truth is that the best are not always on the first page. They work “old-school” – through recommendations. Through trust. Through proven results.
Ask someone who works in an international company. Talk to colleagues, friends, partners. Personal experience and real impressions are the most valuable source of information.

“We organize our events ourselves, and they turn out fine” - but is this enough?

I have heard this many times in meetings with potential clients. And it might be completely true. No one knows the team better than its own members.
But there is another side:
These people organize events on top of all their other responsibilities. And in most cases the result is “good”. It was nice.
But “nice” is not the same as memorable.

What did I want to say in two words?
